Parties canceled within 2 weeks (14 days) of the event date will not receive a refund.

Yes, a signed waiver by a legal guardian is required for each child participating in the sandbox. We suggest you have your guests sign the waiver ahead of time. Waivers can be completed online.

• 16 children’s chairs

• 4 child-sized tables (each approximately 2 ft x 4 ft, which are pushed together for party setup)

• 10 adult folding chairs

• 1 bench

• 2 highchairs total (these are normally in our cafe space, so let us know ahead of time if you’ll need them)

3. Shoes and Socks - No shoes or socks are allowed in the sandboxes.

4. No Food or Drinks in the Sand - Enjoy snacks in the designated area only.

5. Be Gentle - Use kind hands and feet. Respect the space and others around you.

6. Toys - Outside toys are not allowed in the sandboxes. Help keep our toys where they belong. Ensure toys are played with their intended use.

7. Share & Take Turns - Everyone deserves a chance to play.

8. Stay Safe - Grown-ups, children must be supervised at all times.

9. Lost Items - The Sand Garden is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

10. Clean Up After Play - Let’s keep The Sand Garden beautiful for everyone.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Please note that we do not provide food or catering, and you're responsible for all setup and cleanup.

All food and beverages must remain in the designated party room—no food is allowed in the sandbox areas or common spaces to help keep our play areas clean and safe for everyone.

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Please note: All food and drinks must be removed from the party room by the party’s scheduled end time.

• Party decorations (small or large) are allowed but we don’t allow any type of nails or tape on the walls. However, Command Hooks are acceptable.

• No piñatas, glitter, or confetti allowed.

• No “smash cakes”

• Outside toys or items are not allowed in the sandboxes.

Birthday parties are two hours long. Party hosts have access 30 minutes before the event for set up.

The party host is responsible for the clean-up by the end of their reserved event time. All decorations, food, and drinks must be removed from the party room by the scheduled end time.

Guests cannot stay and play after your party ends.

Private events vary.

The party room is 225 sq ft and can accommodate parties with 25-30 people. The room comes with kids table/chairs, countertop, TV and adult chairs.

For package 2, sandbox #2 (600 sq ft) will be reserved just for your party.

No, we do not allow impromptu birthday celebrations in our common seating area and no presents or cake be brought into the playspace unless a birthday party package has been booked. To book a birthday party or private event, please see our party packages here.
